Hi I’m Amy! I’m your typical American millennial working that 9 to 5 job that we all expected would give us everything we wanted out of life. Even being in Washington, DC filled with history, outdoor activities, restaurants and things to do, I’ve always wanted to get out of the of the capital and explore more of what the rest of this great nation has to offer. I set a goal for myself that I wanted to travel to all 50 states before turning 30, so follow me as I work to reach this goal all while balancing a 9 to 5 job (oh, and a part-time job and MBA courses).
My blog focuses on American travel, solo travel, budgeting and saving for travel — and of course experiencing new things outside of the confines of an office space. Many other travel bloggers are full-time travelers and I want my focus to be on traveling that is attainable for anyone.
